The Fairland Company was founded by William E. Walker with the intent of increasing the success of technology related initiatives undertaken by enterprises. It continues to be his belief that one of the primary factors contributing to increased success is improvement of the fit between the needs of the initiatives and the skills of the personnel who are engaged in the process.
Since the company’s founding in 1994, we have helped organizations in various stages of growth to plan and execute their technology related business initiatives.
what is that symbol?
The symbol in the company logo is the Adinkra symbol, nkyinkyim (pronounced nchin chim), originally from the Ashanti Empire (present day Ghana). Literally meaning “twisting”, this symbol conveys the qualities of dynamism, versatility and initiative, which we embody in our approach to client engagements.
